
The Centre for Research, Innovation, Transformation and Sustainability (CRITS), Green University of Bangladesh, successfully organized the second session of its flagship workshop and seminar series, Research Genesis, through the Green University Research & Publication Community (GURPC) on July 6, 2026.The seminar, titled "Mastering Research Methodology: From Concept to Framework," was designed to equip aspiring student researchers with the essential knowledge and practical skills required to transform research ideas into high-quality, publication-ready work.The keynote address was delivered by Prof. Dr. Md. Saiful Azad, Professor and Dean, Faculty of Science and Engineering, Green University of Bangladesh. During his insightful session, he emphasized the role of researchers in addressing real-world challenges and shared valuable guidance on formulating effective research questions, conducting comprehensive literature reviews, identifying research gaps, and developing robust research methodologies suitable for publication in high-impact journals and IEEE Transactions. He also highlighted how active engagement in research can significantly strengthen students' academic profiles and international scholarship opportunities.The seminar concluded with an interactive discussion on data collection, experimental research, and research framework development, providing participants with the opportunity to engage directly with the concepts presented.The event brought together enthusiastic students and faculty members from various departments, marking another significant step toward strengthening the research culture at Green University of Bangladesh.
